Chinese: Garlic Ginger Sauce (Master Recipe)

(makes about 3 cups)
Classic Chinese flavor principle:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 bulb raw garlic, minced (approx 12 cloves)
- 2 cups soy sauce
- ⅔ cup ginger paste (approx 6 oz)
- 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Procedure:
- Saute garlic in olive oil briefly (approx 2 min)
- Turn off heat, stir in all other ingredients
- Stir well before using
- Can be stored in refrigerator for weeks
